What the certificate grants

A one-available-pendant certificate lets the recipient choose one ready-made pendant that is eligible and marked available when the choice is made.

It is not a cash balance and is not intended for partial use. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Digital and physical formats

A digital certificate is stored in the customer account and activated with its public number plus a separate activation code.

A physical certificate may use online redemption without returning the printed card, or a physical-return process when the certificate itself explicitly says so.

Activation and transfer

Before activation, a certificate can be given to another recipient. After activation it is linked to the verified recipient account.

Moving an activated certificate to another account requires workshop review.

Pendant selection and reservation

The system checks live availability and creates a temporary reservation. One unique pendant cannot belong to two active redemptions at the same time.

An expired or cancelled reservation does not by itself mean the certificate was redeemed.

Physical return when required

If the specific certificate is marked as requiring physical return, the recipient sends the printed card by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta and records the tracking number in the account.

The workshop confirms redemption after receipt and verification. Shipping charges and risk follow the applicable delivery terms for the specific transaction.

Lost physical card

Before activation, contact the workshop promptly. Blocking or reissue requires verification of the purchase and certificate status.

After account activation, the printed card is not the sole proof of entitlement unless that certificate specifically requires physical return.

Expiry and terms version

If an expiry is set, the exact date appears on the certificate card. Every issued certificate stores the terms version accepted for it.

Later wording changes should not silently rewrite material terms already attached to an issued certificate.

Consumer rights and payment

These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

For paid certificates, payment and fiscal receipts follow the actual payment method and configured fiscal setup. The exact fiscal scenario must be reviewed before paid certificate sales are enabled.

Support and disputes

If activation, ownership or tracking is disputed, contact the NataSko Handmade family workshop through the website contact channels. The certificate or reservation may be temporarily paused while the case is verified.
