We want ordering to be simple, clear and pleasant, and every purchase to bring joy for as long as possible.
Confirmation
We will contact you to confirm availability and details.
Payment
Payment is made to the business account after the order is agreed.
Before dispatch
Real photos or video of the piece are available on request.
Production
Custom production times are agreed individually.
Within Ukraine
Delivery by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta at the carrier’s rates.
Europe
International delivery time and cost are calculated individually.
Packaging
Every piece is carefully packed for safe transportation.
Good to know
- screen colours may differ slightly from the real piece
- small variations are natural in handmade work
- an exact copy of a sold piece is impossible, but a similar piece can be created
Returns and exchanges
Returns are accepted if the piece is defective, damaged or differs from the agreed order.
Exchanges are not available. Custom cases are considered under Ukrainian law.
