The system already supports digital and physical formats, the customer account, reservations, Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. Sales will open only after the production migration, database verification and fiscal workflow review.

A printed gift card with a serial number and secure activation code. By default it can also be redeemed online and kept as a keepsake.
The public number alone is not enough: a separate one-time activation code is required. After activation, the certificate is linked to the verified recipient account.
The account shows only eligible available ready-made pendants. The system rechecks availability and creates a temporary reservation when one is selected.
After redemption is confirmed, the order appears in the account with tracking number, a simple delivery timeline and a carrier tracking link.
Special or legacy certificates may require the printed card to be returned. In that case the account shows the instructions and accepts a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta tracking number. A new physical certificate does not have to use this mode.
The recipient signs in or creates an account.
They attach the certificate using its number and secret code.
They choose one eligible pendant and it is reserved.
The workshop confirms redemption; special physical-return certificates are verified first.
The order and Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta delivery appear in the account.
This certificate type is not a cash balance and is not used in parts: it grants one eligible ready-made pendant. Each certificate keeps its own terms version and any specific expiry date. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
